Sangria Splash Ring

2 pkg. (4-serving size) lemon Jello
1-1/2 c. boiling dry white wine
2 c. chilled club soda
1 Tbsp. orange liqueur (optional)
3 c. fruit; sliced star fruit, sliced strawberries, green & red grapes
Additional fruit for garnish

Dissolve Jello in boiling wine in medium bowl.  Let cool to room temperature.

Stir in club soda and liqueur.  Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened.

Fold in 3 cups fruit.  Pour into 6 cup mold or loaf pan.  Chill for hours or overnight.

Unmold on chilled serving plate and garnish with additional fruit.
