Speedy Cookies

1 package yellow cake mix (about 18 oz.)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat the cake mix with the oil and eggs until thoroughly blended.  Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.  Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.  Bake about 10 minutes.  Cool on wire racks.  Store in airtight container.  Makes about 24 cookies.
