Perfection Roast

Take a rib roast or any other type of beef roast that you
prefer. Have roast of your choice at room temperature for 2 hours or more
out of the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Place roast in oven and roast for 1 hour. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR.
Turn the heat off. Roast must be left in oven 2 hours minimum, 3 to 4 hours is
better.
When guests arrive and refreshments are served - relax - turn oven on again at
375 degrees and roast: 35 minutes for Rare
40 minutes for Medium
45 minutes for Well Done
Roast size does not change any timing be it, 5-8 or 10 lbs, etc.
Easy and no fail recipe if you follow the directions.
