Elf Cookies

1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. coconut

6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Grease a 12 x 9"pan.  Make layers using the 7 ingredients in the order they are listed.  Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.  Cool.  Cut into bars.
