Bratwurst Casserole

2 lbs. bulk bratwurst
1 large onion, chopped
12 oz. sauerkraut
8 oz. cooked noodles
1/2 t. pepper
1 T. sugar (optional)

In skillet brown bratwurst and add onion and saute'.
In bowl mix remaining ingredients with bratwurst and onion.
Place in greased casserole and bake at 325 for 1/2 hour.
