Beer Bread

1 12-oz. can of beer (chilled or room temperature)
3 c.
self-rising flour (not cake flour)
3 T. sugar
Combine flour and sugar
in large bowl. Add the beer slowly and mix. Batter
will be stiff
so you might want to use your hands to mix. Spread batter
into a
greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or
until
golden brown. Great with a cheese spread.
