Basting Sauce for Ribs or Chicken

1 heaping T dry mustard
1 t black pepper
1 t red pepper
1 t
salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
1 small can
tomato sauce
juice of 2 lemons
1 heaping T butter (or
margarine)
Combine seasonings in saucepan, add vinegar and blend until
smooth. Add water, catsup, and sauce. Boil about 5 minutes and
remove. Add lemon juice and butter, stirring until butter melts. Use
immediately or store in fridge.
